Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Assist customers in making informed decisions by explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products or services and closing sales.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, inquiries, and transactions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical support or account management, to address customer needs effectively.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.

  • Conduct follow-up activities, such as post-sale check-ins or service calls, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging situations and difficult customers.

  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals by actively participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and offering suggestions for process improvement.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in business, sales, marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Has communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.

  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer concerns and close sales.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt to changing product or service offerings and industry dynamics.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
