Responsibilities

Interact with customers to assess their needs, gather requirements, and provide expert advice on available solutions.

Recommend appropriate products, materials, and services based on customer requirements and preferences.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, project management, and installation, to develop comprehensive project plans and estimates.

Assist customers in selecting and sourcing the right materials, tools, and equipment for their home improvement projects.

Provide technical guidance and support to customers and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Troubleshoot technical issues or complications that arise during the project and propose effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards during project execution.

Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including specifications, drawings, permits, and contracts.

Conduct post-project assessments and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies related to the industry.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's in related field (or equivalent experience).

Knowledge of home improvement techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.

Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Has communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Ability to assess customer needs, provide appropriate recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Physical stamina and ability to perform on-site visits and inspections, including lifting and moving equipment and materials as required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer locations.
